1 - Paul Chryst becomes the O-Coordinator
2 - Carimi and Moffitt become targets to speed up the transition to a more zone-blocking, ATHLETIC O-line
I REALLY want Chryst as the O-Coordinator. What he has done on the
college level with NO BIG-TIME QB'S is amazing.

Carimi is a safer pick, but this Holder guy has WAY more potential.

Mark my words.
I've watched this guy play for over a year and know what he is capable of. Because he was a former TE, he is quicker than any lineman you will find in this draft. His pass blocking has close to no flaws in it. The technique might not be as crisp as we would all like, but his quickness makes up for almost any mistake he makes. His run blocking isn't as good as his pass blocking but believe me when I say this, our screen game will dramatically improve with this man because of his ability to block out in space.
A zone blocking scheme would suit him best; and I think he will be a huge piece to the puzzle if we want to go with such a scheme
If we traded down 10 or so spots and grabbed this man, I will be a happy camper
