Gallimore ejection

Our soft arse fans need to shut up.

Pugh was protecting his QB. If someone from another team ran into the back of Dak’s legs, half of y’all, after crying uncontrollably, would be creating threads screaming how it was a dirty play and praising whichever one of our o-linemen that would have come over to protect Dak.
Gallimore was in the wrong for kicking Pugh and deserved to be ejected. That doesn't mean Pugh was in the right for shoving Gallimore while he was down on the ground. I would have called it the way the officials did, though. The shove wasn't really enough to flag, but you have to flag the kick.

Slow to get off him? You need your eyesight checked.
He was certainly off him for at least a few seconds by the time Pugh got there...and Pugh was more concerned with shoving Gallimoe than he was with "helping up DeVito."

Agree with all of this.

Huh? I missed this...........either way, I don't think he's a dirty player but can expect a call from the league

Cameras Caught Cowboys Player’s Dirty Move That Rightfully Led to Ejection in Closing Seconds of Blowout

Cowboys defensive tackle Neville Gallimore was ejected late in Sunday’s blowout win over the Giants after kicking Giants lineman Justin Pugh in the groin.

Gallimore kicked Pugh as the journeyman offensive lineman went to help up QB Tommy DeVito. It was a blatantly obvious dirty play, and referees quickly picked up on it, ejecting Gallimore from the game.

No it isn't but it's a Dallas player so makes sense

I wonder if Gallimore will be suspended another game for that?

It was a late hit on the Qb, the olinemen rightfully stood up for his Qb and Gallimore kicked him. Can't do that

Gallimore was about a second late to react to Devito getting rid of the ball. Once he realized as he was falling down he did his best to avoid contact.

What happened after was pretty soft imo but gallimore earned the ejection

Get some of his paycheck and move on. Wasn’t that big a deal. He got kick out and will get fined. It’s not the worst I’ve seen. And he’s not really known for such stuff.

You can argue who is more at fault but both share in it.

Will be interesting how the league handles it; probably claim Pugh was completely innocent and call Gallimore a thug.

No record of Gallimore being dirty that I remember either here or in college

If he is suspended, I doubt his presence will be missed much at all.

Pugh almost apologized after the game for his part leading to getting kicked, Gallimore getting ejected and probably fined.

Btw, does anyone know if he’s related to Jethro?

There is no justification for the retaliation Gallimore exhibited. Dallas was beating the snot out of the Giants for the second time in one season.

Gallimore will get a huge fine. Perhaps he'll control his temper next time.

Because, this could have been a lynchpin penalty that gave the game away. Luckily it was garbage time.

It's always the second guy that gets caught but the Giant OL man was attacking him while he was on the ground

It’s an emotional game. Things are said, things happen that don’t get seen. In the great scheme of things it was no big deal. No one hurts so take some money and move on. I’ve seen much more flagrant acts that didn’t even get called

I think it was a more get off of me type reaction. Shouldn't have been done regardless.

He did it and Pugh isn't innocent. He did something to warrant that reaction. Should've kicked him twice.
It’s often the retaliatory shot that gets that draws the flag. A professional should be well aware. And kicking a player, in the groin or not, SHOULD draw a PF and ejection. That is a complete loss of self-control.
