Gallup getting traded?

LOL. Just no.

What would they even get for him? Talk about "selling low". After last season, he would fetch almost nothing. I think he's going to have a big bounce back season this year. He might have some value then. Trade Gallup, and this nice depth at WR doesn't look so deep anymore.

He doomed himself with that interview where he was happy being the third receiver and didn't want anything else.

You don't go into your annual review and tell your boss you are content where you are at.

We have seen crazier things happen as far as NFL trades go, but as for this specific one, it’s probably safe to assume it is an idea that may never come to fruition.
So basically this is pure speculation

Well....on the one hand I think this would be a bad move by Dallas. He's an experienced receiver, even though he'sflawed...and injuries happen. You just don't know if he might REALLY be needed should Lamb or more likely Cooks be injured.

On the OTHER hand though....I can't wait for the posts that will soon follow. I wonder how many 1st round picks people will say we'll get for him???

(The answer is like a 7th round pick, maybe....but this ought to be good)

He knows his role and what is expected of him. That's a positive.
Yeah it's ok to have one or two people with no ambition, as long as they're content doing their little piece of work.

I mean....if you owned a janitorial or lawn care service...do you want all ur toilet scrubbers and weed yankers coming to you saying they want to be a manager? Nope...u want them to shut up, leave u alone, and scrub them toilets quietly for minimum wage!
A mix is good.

Gallup will continue to underwhelms us. The bloke is average and not a No. 2 or even a No. 3 receiver.

As average as he is, Gallup is serviceable and Tolbert is still finding himself.
Blimey! This is not a good time to reshuffle our receivers' corps.

When did he say that? I mean, I figured that was his mindset but to admit it is wild

I mean, if the price is right and we get an OL that can be our 6th best OL NOW. Then sure.

If there is any truth to it I HAVE to think they are really loving Tolbert and someone else at WR. I’m no fan of Gallups contract but he’s good for a #3 and depth.
