I was mentally ready for him to be released. Sorry that the guy had a serious injury, but he better be ready to catch something other than safe sideline routes with only one defender on the side of him.

I hope so. Guy is my favorite Cowboy player. Yes, Lamb is better. But I like the under dog factor and sneaky athleticism and acrobatic ability of Gallup. I still believe he's the x-factor, even more so this year.

Had Dak actually connected on that throw in San Fran, it would have likely changed the outcome of that game. But people only talk about the interceptions. That missed throw was just as crucial, in my mind. Same result; same reasoning as TFLs being equal to sacks. The result is the same.

This is actually pretty big going into TC.

Last year, he didn't even know when he was going to be ready. Game 1, but we all knew that was not going to happen. But game 3 or game 8, when was he really going to be physically ready. Then the mental part, feeling 100% ready.

Well he has been through the 2022 season, and a full off-season program and going into 2023 TC .... mentally ready as well.
We signed 2 years of guaranteed money to a player who we cheer to hear is only mentally ready in the 2nd year of that guaranteed money?

Fantastic.
