Gallup Question

Yeah, Gallup seems to be Dak's go to move the chains guy this season.

I've always enjoyed Witten being the security blanket for the QB.

But I really like it better if it's a wide receiver. Not sure why.

We will need Gallup against the Saints. For scoring and to help with 1st downs for ball control. Because the way Kamara is slicing through the Seattle defense, I wonder if our defense can stop him.

However, our D has been giving up yards and big plays. They have not been giving up points.
44 points in 3 games. and 17 have been garbage time points, and another 7 close to garbage time.
Because of opponents are making mistakes, and frankly aren't that great on offense. If the D plays like they have been playing, three Saints will put up a lot of points. Our O may be able to keep up, but there will be a lot of points scored.

When we’ve both Cooper and Gallup, I feel it’s like having two number one WR’s out there.
We definitely missed him, there were good passes by Dak that were dropped that Gallup probably wouldn’t have dropped.
Sooner he’s back the better.

and we could really use Gallup against that Saints very tough defense.

Did Dallas, and perhaps more importantly Dak miss Gallup today?

I like Devin Smith, but it seems when the going gets tough, Gallup finds separation and moves the chains.

Yes, I have a pet cat in this race. But it appeared the offensive did not find the weaknesses of the other team's defense as easily.

Yet I think they took the Dolphins lightly. Yes I know there were injuries. And a big YES, they came out ans completely shut down the Dolphins, except for stupid penalties, in the second half.

I am just wondering how much Gallup positively effects both the offense and Dak in particular.

Good win, nice lead in the East.

The Saints better be ready after this poor performance.
Let's just say I really hope he plays next week.

Gallup is rounding out into that possession style receiver. The one who can go over the middle make the catch and take the hit.

it's nice to have great backups when your starters go down with injury. smith was a high former draft pick. he's showing it. we have 6 outstanding wr's. credit to sanjay lal.

Gallup could be a #1 for some teams, so yes he was missed. However, just as impressive was Moore adjusting and picking them apart.

It was obvious our Boys didn't play hard like they usuallly do. But knowing in advance they were playing a lousy team makes a good team perform as so at times. They still put up 30+ points. Now that's a good team!
The BEST part of Sunday football was the Egals losing. L.O.S.E.R.S :lmao:

Gallup is just a better player than Devin and at this point has great chemistry with Dak. But Im glad we have both players.

Chemistry and time is huge.

I see him more a big play guy vs a possession guy, I see a big playmaker who is affecting the entire field, i'm seeing a guy that is capable of getting deep vertically vs any CB in each and every passing game, mere possession guys don't do that.
he's a chain mover, but also a guy very capable of splash, chunk yards downfield.

Not only he is showing that he is a vast much better than the departed TWill, but he is gradually displaying the ability that he can could be a No.1 lead featured WR type.
That would be so huge for this offense, as defenses simply can't focus and game plan on just one WR. they can't double team both WRs, .
