he got credit for a full sack (that I bet gets changed to a half sack) but other than that, not sure what some are seeing...he was awful vs the run (not his fault IMO, he really is not a NT)

I don't think Ratliff was as bad against the run as you perceive. Much of what the Giants were doing after Jacobs was injured were runs to the outside. The big 44 yarder was an outside run.

3) Spears was finally benched and came in only situationally - about damned time. Hatcher and Ratliff actually played pretty well.

not trying to burst your bubble but they didnt "bench" him. he was tired at the end of the game just like all the other guys on our d-line and thats why some fresh guys went out there instead. nobody got benched...
