Wife is off on another tangent this week. Last month it was knitting, but she got tired of it and has moved on to sewing. That had me cleaning & lubing her sewing machine that's been idle for probably a decade now this morning.

Now that she's got her pattern picked out, she started fixing us some goulash. Not enough pasta in the pantry, so she's shifted over to a chili.

I turned leftover chilli into lasagna it is pirdy dang good

I cooked some filets, jalapeño poppers along with squash, mushrooms and bell peppers on a skewer. I usually have baked potato with steak but had a decent workout earlier today and didn’t want to completely ruin it (if the poppers didn’t).

For a drink, I’ll have a Virgin pina colada
