I lived in Europe for 6 years and fell in love with Trappists beer but couldn't find anything similar (triple/quad malted) once I moved back stateside. I finally found an American alternative (local to me) in the Bourbon Barrel Quad. At 11-12%, two of these bad boys can kick a **** in the dirt!
