Is grilled Watermelon a thing ?Made some Texas brisket, German potatoe salad, grilled watermelon, and carne guisada tacos. Stuck to peach tea for today...
Yes...cut out inch watermelon squares; put them on spickets, coat with olive oil on two opposite sides; then grill for 30 seconds on the two sides. (impart grill marks and some smoke)Is grilled Watermelon a thing ?
Never heard of it ?

Skinny dipping?Wife and I are doing a dip party. Almost every kind of good dip you can think of.
Wings coming from the bar as we speak to munch on as well. Will fire up the Big Green Egg next week for brisket.
Only if you stop by.Skinny dipping?

Talk to @kskboys . He can probably hook you up with some sheople meat.I’m praying that a new species of animal will be discovered so we can add it to the game day menu
Even if it’s the only one left in existence, it has to wind up on the grill. I’m giving up being a steward of the land for lent.
it’s the only way I can see breaking out of our normal routines
Apologies in advance to PETA

I'm on my way!BBQ ribs with baked beans and jalapeno wrapped bacon and cream cheese. New England is overcast today so will cook low and slow in the oven. Top it off with home made peach ice cream. Go Cowboys!
Take a potato and cut thin slices, but not all the way through, kinda looks like a fan. I throw 'em in the air fryer top 'em with some garlic butter, cheese, maybe a little sour cream. You can top any way you like, do it like a loaded baked potato with chili over the top, I've done a breakfast version topped with sausage cream gravy, sometimes I'll put a slice of ham between the slices. Pretty tasty however you do them.Hasselback potatoes? What's that?
