Take a potato and cut thin slices, but not all the way through, kinda looks like a fan. I throw 'em in the air fryer top 'em with some garlic butter, cheese, maybe a little sour cream. You can top any way you like, do it like a loaded baked potato with chili over the top, I've done a breakfast version topped with sausage cream gravy, sometimes I'll put a slice of ham between the slices. Pretty tasty however you do them.

I'm jealous as heck of you guys and your menus...I'm toward the tail end of the flu. Worst case I've had in decades. Just started solid food earlier today and got down some scrambled eggs. That's the bad news

The good news is I live in Michigan so I have the Lions/Philly game on. Hurts has looked good scrambling but not throwing thus far. I don't think he can beat us scrambling. Lions ran first series right down the field with mostly run plays to go up 7-0

It's now 7-7 as Hurts ran again and again with the Lions simply not able to stop him. I could be wrong, but I don't think he'll succeed in doing that vs. our D. Or he'll get hurt...not a recipe for success in this league nowadays.

I'm going to make my favorite Sunday fare. It's simple yet delicious.
Hot dogs with sauerkraut cooked in beer with onions.
For an Italian guy my kraut is better then most Germans, trust me.
A good trick to making real kraut is to rinse it lightly before cooking, caraway seeds, brown sugar and spicy mustard. Easy peasy.

Don't forget, the better the ingredients, the better the outcome. Use Nathans or sabbaret hot dogs.

Go Cowboys!
