I'd be content with a tequila martini, of course, with salted rim and maybe Don Padron.

There is a real place for a take down that is not only effective but demanded...kind of like football, my friend.
Do you put Vermouth in that? My sister loves Patron shots when out but usually buys Herradura Silver for home.
I buy Mexico's #1 brand, Cabrito Reposado.

Only thing wrong w this post is the bottom photo. We don't drink "lite" horse water in Texas, only the full on leaded variety - twice the colories and all the alcohol..:laugh:Sierra Nevada Torpedo IPA is nice :D or one of them too-expensive Austin craft beers. Gonzales has a few good saloons with some good local brews but they roll up the carpets early in that town LOL. I REALLY miss RABBIT HOLE Brewing in Justin.

Poablanos are large...about 8 inches long..stuffed with ground beef, potatoes, cheese etc. Rolled in batter and deep fried!
I normally don't like stuffed peppers, especially green stuffed peppers. I don't usually like the ground beef or the rice stuffing.
Yet, stuffed poblanos sound good. I've had anchos stuffed with Italian sweet sausage, onion with Asiago cheese before that were fantastic.
Enjoy
