Wow, what a spread!Just came in from the set up. Smoked Cajun baby back ribs, smoked sweet bbq St. Louis ribs, smoked chicken legs, 7 layer dip, jalapeño and cheese summer sausage, and to kick off the morning hash browns, bacon , and eggs to kick off the day.
I am teaching a scuba class until just before kick-off. My wife is preparing a lamb shank, roast veggies and a garden salad... Oh, and a fine drop of wine.
At least, that's the plan.

Scuba diving instruction is my post-retirement "play" job
With my busy retirement schedule (tongue firmly planted in cheek), I teach about 4-6 days per month - everything from basic OW to Divemaster. I barter my time at a local Denver dive shop for equipment (big boy toys) and dive travel. In October this year, I am headed to Papua New Guinea for a 10 day live-aboard.Cool, I haven't taught a class in over two years, last one was AOW. Been to busy and/or vacationing a lot
