Carne Para Deshebrar. It's a Mexican thing. Translated it means Beef for shredding, it's good for tacos, tamales. It's sort of like a cross between brisket and rump roast. I usually cook it long and slow on the BBQ pit and it comes out very tender. I'mma try it in the oven today, make some gravy with it, along with some beans and potatoes.
