I wish I were up for it. I just got an Ooni Koda 12 gas pizza oven not long ago, too. I haven't used it yet. Opportunity missed.

I use a pizza stone in the oven and it works great. After you get the dough down, and make 10 or so pizzas, there is nothing to it.
