I'm going for comfort food today.
Chicken legs and thighs. With a side of basmati rice.
Chicken is seasoned with lowerys, black pepper, garlic powder, Dan-o's original And a little rosemary.
Roast for an 1hr in the oven @400°, flip once.
I use a powdered Chicken bullion and mix up a cup and pour in the bottom of my roasting pan 10 mins before the chicken is done. I use that over the chicken and rice.
I use the same chicken bullion in my rice water.
trust me, it's delicious.

Slow roasted chicken here, been in for a few hours now. Cooking some asparagus and mashed potatos with gravy with it. Hearty meal up in the cold rainy northeast. Going to turn to snow in the Adirondacks which is good for my snowmobiling addiction.
