My uncle was a butcher and he used to make his own "hog head cheese". My Dad made some one time too. He used to love the stuff!! I never liked it!! The gelatinous consistency was enough to say "uhhh noooo". LOL

My Dad loved that stuff too and I was never a fan either.........
