I am going to eat two or three red chile pork Hatch tamales and some homemade refried beans.

I made a scrumptious beef stew, simmered for 8 hrs.

Alas, I phooked it up.

I threw a bunch of sage, thyme, parsley, etc in there, but I forgot to put into one of those little herb sacks...and now it looks like pine needles floating EVERYWHERE in the stew.

I hope that's not an ominous sign for this evening
