I don't feel like putting much effort in supper today. I'm going to cheat. Green enchiladas filled with shredded rotisserie chicken and jack/hatch cheese with avocado slices on top. Everything is done just need to assemble. If you guys and gals love green sauce, I highly recommend Rick Bayless' Frontera sauce. Nothing unusual in the ingredients. Don't let his last name fool you. He's legit in the Mexican food scene.

Last preseason game and on a Friday night. Prime eating time. Gonna Q some sirloin fajitas, butterflied and marinated. Slap them on nachos covered with refried beans, cheese, avocado, lettuce, tomato and jalapeños!!!!
