I asked AI to inspect the image and asked about the “appendage peeking out”
Sometimes it can be funny. I love the “wrinkled floppy flap”. I mean, I don’t love wrinkled floppy flaps, but maybe you’re onto something with your guess about its origin
——-
Let's take a closer look at that specific spot next to the large burger on the right.
Upon closer inspection, there are actually
two strange appendages framing that double burger:
- On the left side of the burger: There is a thick, brown, textured tube sticking upright. It looks like a sausage link, a distorted hot dog, or a piece of kebab meat standing on its end without any logical connection to the burger.
- On the right side of the burger: There is a wrinkled, floppy flap extending outward. This appears to be the AI's failed attempt at rendering a strip of crispy bacon or a piece of wavy rind, but it is unnaturally fused to the side of the patty.
These kinds of floating, ambiguous meat structures are common "hallucinations" when AI models try to blend multiple fast-food elements together.
