I’m going to be pissed if the game is delayed, or re-scheduled due to bad weather because of the tropical storm.

From what I saw, the forecast calls for a 60% chance of thunderstorms for Sunday. Anyone else have a more accurate and appealing weather forecast?

Don't know what the weather report's going to be like, but if it's really bad I'd rather they postpone it rather than expose Zeke or Dak to injury and having our season end after week one.

Put “charlotte hour by hour weather” into Google and you can see the forecast by hour on Sunday. It’s still 48 hours out but it looks like it’s going to rain heavily before the game and maybe into the first quarter but taper off after that.

..worse case is delay of sorts. Baseball gets rain outs, Football gets time outs.

Sunday

A chance of showers, then showers and thunderstorms likely after 10am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 83. East northeast wind around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Looking at the hour by hour it looks like the chance of rain will be 50% at kick-off and is 45% every hour after that. So it'll be hit or miss.

I love it.

Yup, rain gives us an advantage....another stupid part about having a retractable roof at our stadium.

Rain is all I've heard. Delay will only occur if lightning is in the area. Dak is a pretty good QB in wet conditions so I'm hoping we make the rain our advantage.

I live in Charlotte and it hasn’t rained here in like 30 days. It’s so dry around here. I coach middle school football and I need a dust mask because it’s so dry and dusty on the field. We need the rain so bad, but hope that it rains next week and not tomorrow while I’m at the game.
