Later I'm making a new recipe for mushroom chicken, plus eating left over chopped salad with homemade rosemary garlic vinaigrette.

I'm going with hot dogs and nachos today. They're easy to fix, in no time and tasty, as well -- all to be washed down with red wine.

It'll be pro football playoffs all day and lots of good play to be thankful for, even if it ain't the Cowboys involved (they're taking interviews.)

I have been banging on hot metal and running the forge since 4:00 AM. I am working on scroll work and hinges. It sucks getting old. I ache everywhere. I had a ditch digger's breakfast of grits, eggs and sausage all cooked on top of a 2000 degree forge at about 7. My wife is currently making Jambalaya. I have been drinking energy drinks since the AM and will transition to Jack. I am about ready to prop the feet up by the fire inside and watch some football.
