[Ranching]

Went back and forth with this one, but after much deliberation, I have decided. Today I will be grilling some 1 1/2 " ribeyes, medium for me and my daughter and medium well for my lovely wife. I will also grill a zucchini, onions and mushroom medley, topped with mozzarella as a side. I will melt some Asadero cheese with some chorizo and make some quesadillas with a side of avocado.

I have a meatball calzone to heat up or some Chile. Maybe just some grilled chicken and a salad.

That sounds great, Ranching. I think we're grilling some steaks, peppers, & onions and some having some pasta. or it could be some ramen if we're tired from running around today.

I had leftover chinese food (I always get "too much" just to have more the next day)...but you said meatballs so I just MAY make some sketty & meatballs

Stop the Presses!!!!!! There's been a change in plans!

Making bacon, swiss and mushroom burgers with ground ribeye on Texas Toast, with asparagus fries. Steaks didn't look great.

Mom was Italian so that meant Sunday was pasta day, except in summer when the grill got the work. Keeping in tradition, I'm whipping up some Linguine Bolognese.
