How are you feeling? I have shoulder surgery scheduled on Dec 9th. Already brushing teeth with left hand to get used to not being able to use my right arm for so long.

Lol. Not just brushing teeth bro. I made my forst mistake 10 days after surgery, sat down to poo and it was feeling better so guess who tried to wipe with the right hand... Lol. Was a friendly reminder..

The first 3 days hurt pretty bad. After that it gets better. I am almost 2 weeks out and feeling good.. Don’t use the arm is the only thing to remember. It’s gonna be almost 3 months. I am rehabbing it myself. Don’t pick up anything or use it. That’s the hardest. He told me after a week that if your in a comfortable place like home I can take it off but in public wear it.. Getting the soreness out is one thing but remember not to use the arm..
