good to have you back in the kitchen. there was a usurper yesterday trying his own menu thread but he was thoroughly rebuked. combined, myself and a few friends have over 100 dove. a couple brought their grandsons. the youngsters are learning how to wrap the succulent birds with onion, jalapeno and bacon. i must say their enthusiasm needs a swift kick in the behind. however, we've promised them a beer if they accomplish their mission. viva vaqueros.

Pre game, brisket, mac and cheese casserole, green beans with mushrooms. Post game ribs and fries with a few pickled jalapenos. Of course I will need to stay hydrated throughout the day

Tri-tip roast with mashed potato, gravy and fried okra. Cold iced tea and maybe a cold beer about kick off time.

4 lbs of marinated short ribs, fresh ground hamburgers, artisan local Ga made sausages.. Asparagus, bakes potatoes, scratch made baked beans and plenty of ice cold beers with a couple of shots mixed in.

Boxed watermelon while i can still get one. they are actually grown in cubes.

Oh yeah! it is official! Football is back! Game Day menu thread is back!

Today keeping it simple. Grilling some NY Steaks finished with a nice herb garlic butter. Making crispy fries in the air fryer. Throwing back a couple of cold brews. So just steak, potatoes, and beer

Making a mess of spicy BBQ chicken wings, queso and chips, corn on the cob, pork rinds and a few ice cold Bocks.

Finish it off with some fresh hot sopapillas and honey.
