Hopefully you roasted them first. I use them in posole, green chili stew, arroz con pollo and many other dishes. You can even order the powdered version from santa fe. Tastes just like the whole chilis.

Pre game, brisket, mac and cheese casserole, green beans with mushrooms. Post game ribs and fries with a few pickled jalapenos. Of course I will need to stay hydrated throughout the day

Salud! Came down from Ohio to Arlington to be with my brother and family. Ate BBQ today for lunch and we are having burgers tonight. Marinated for a few hours in the fridge after being seasoned with various spices known only to select firefighters. Salad, fries, and Blue Moon bier.
