Gameday menu!

Just wrapped up dinner with a filet mignon basted in garlic parmesan butter, roasted potatoes and mixed vegetables...finished up with Guiness Stout.

During the game will have a couple of glasses of Laguvulin single malt.
Lagavulin is one of my favorite single malts and the best of the Islay’s IMO.
 
Nice bone in pork chop baked with flour and panko along with some fresh broccoli.
 
Well, my simple dinner turned out not so simple. I tried Nathan’s extra large crinkle fries because I have never seen them. I like mine crispy and these fries are not made for it :lmao2:

About 40 minutes(package said 20) and 15 minutes deep frying after still were limp as a noodle :thumbdown:
