Looks like leftover Monday and a salad. My wife made a recipe that @DakPresgoat shared a couple of weeks ago. A potato and sausage plate, except she tweaked it and made it a soup. She also made some chicken fries chicken to serve with it. It was great. We'll have some of that tonight.

Homemade Irish stew... I always associate stews and chili with fall and winter. We're in for a big weather change this week... Daytime highs dropping from the low 50's to the high 20's with snow. So, a big pot of stew seems perfect.

Something simple.....chili dogs and frozen Red Robin fries. I made a batch of Texas chili(no beans!) Friday night and will use the leftovers from that

Steak, scalloped potatoes, green beans with mushrooms.
I'll balance it out with a few glasses of bourbon
Protein, starch, vegetables and grain, the four food groups

Going to be a long wait, guess I'll have breakfast and take a nap

My wife actually slow cooked Bacon Potato soup yesterday, which is perfect this time of the year when it’s cooling down. The idea was to eat it last night until a friend of mine came over with a slab of brisket smoked for 18hrs. Lol.. we had to make half time adjustments. That said.. it worked out perfect bc we both are working today. So, that soup will be just fine tonight with some sliced French bread.
