Going with grilled burgers and homemade fries this afternoon. Got some lamb chops for tonight. Never cooked lamb chops before. I was just going to season and grill like a steak unless anyone has some ideas for me. If you have a different suggestion on how to cook them, throw it my way.

I have tried his method ended up liking this more. Only difference is I smoke the meat before putting it on high heat to crisp the crust

Get her a mini split!! I think that's what they're called. We got a couple for our house in Mexico. They work great and also have heat.i got a guy that I can recommend, he does my AC work for my properties. Let me know if youre interested, I can text you his number.

My hearing is getting bad. I thought my wife asked me if I wanted porn. Evidently she said corn. So I guess I’ll grill some steaks with it.

Wife had me pull out her bread maker last night. Not sure what kind of bread she's making, but she said she was making spaghetti today to go with it.

Next weekend is prime rib. Never done it before so I will spend the week researching how to do it.

stick a meat thermometer in the center. at 125, it's done. take it out of the oven or of the grill/smoker at 120 and it will come up to temp.

More like a man going with what’s in the cabinet, lol. Probably chase the tequila with some Turkey chili my wife makes on cold days like today.

with the right amount of chili powders and chipotle adobo, you can't' tell the difference between turkey from ground beef. of course it's not texas red, but still outstanding chili.

cold in the duck blind this morning. the cold front was wonderful thing. after taking a limit of ducks and one specklebelly goose (gave it to my foreman), i drove around on the mrzr and came across a hog. about a 65# female. she's hanging in the cooler now. gorditas for lunch and game. venison liver and onions for dinner later. bon apetit, zoners.
