Wow I didn't even think about the gameday menu thread! This off-season has dulled my brain.

Just got back this afternoon, so we're going with Ojeda's. I'll probably go with enchiladas cause I'm a sucker for comfort food.

I made some bacon wrapped onion rings yesterday. I tried to share a pic, but I can't figure that out! They were delicious!

LOL. That's a heavy menu for many eating at 10pm. It's only preseason. Not the last game of the season w/the division on the line.

Only a scrimmage and a late one as well. Having a late afternoon barbecue for my dad's 86th birthday. Keeping it simple with ribeye steak, grilled zucchini, onions and mushrooms. Birthday cake for dessert! Salud, what's on your plate?

We had carrot cake and banana creme pie as desert yesterday.

A day after a we still don't know pre season game, and breakfast becomes the important meal this morning.

I'll stick to a plate of sausage, eggs and cheese, hash browns...and some biscuits with butter and honey.

I'll have a couple cups of coffee and just recover a bit now. For me, this is a bit tougher today...
