I am making homemade bacon mac and cheese with some air fried wings.

I think it will be the typical Talapia or maybe Salmon (not sure yet how it will be cooked, grilled or baked), and a salad, or some side rice or noodle dish, or both.

Going all out since this may be the only game day meal left of the season. Doing grilled bone in prime ribeye, Dutch oven potatoes roasted in bacon grease with onions, chopped garlic, and green chilis, and a house made Caesar salad. I'm not a big desert guy but I do have a 12 pack of brown sugar and cinnamon Pop-Tarts. I've also got a nice bottle of Knob Creek bourbon for making smoked old fashions and a little keif.

Longest weekend ever followed up by the longest day. Hope this team doesn’t let the fan base down again. Today is the eve of 30th anniversary of the last road win Jan 17, 1993 at the stick. Lasagna is on tap for the dreaded night game. Hoping the boys put Brady into some real retirement thinking. Go Cowboys!

I'll be heating some polish sausage franks on the grill, slightly toast the buns and make some chili cheese dogs. Plus, grill some buttered corn on the cob, and heat up some bacon loaded baked potatoes.
