Finger food again today. Chicken tenders, breaded zucchini bites, cheese ravioli bites, the little round bagel pepperoni bites, and my fave, jalapeno poppers! Washing it down with Mimosas and lots of beer. Watching from home today. Gave our tickets to our DD and her boyfriend. Must win today boys!

However, my wife instructed me to bring some "good wine" (as if I would have anything else in the house... duh!), so, there's that to look forward to.

Apparently, we're having tortilla soup... I wonder what wines pair's with a spicey soup? I'm going to go wild with a zin. I did see my with eyeballing the tequila, however. Shaping up to be an interesting day

Final decision will be smoked Italian sausage on the pellet grill put on a bun with caramelized shallots and a little shredded pepper Jack cheese and on the side we're going to have some chips and salsa...
