Gameday Christmas menu, South Texas style. Chopped, beef brisket sandwich, with pickles and onions witj sides of potato salad and charro beans. My wife put the brisket in at about 2 am and prepped the rest. I supervised to make sure she was doing everything right!! Merry Christmas and Go Cowboys! I want a win, some want a better draft pick. May your wish come through, unless you we naughty!!!!

Breaking with tradition since it's Christmas. Starting off the day with a nice warm breakfast before traditional Christmas dinner after the game with all the family. For now, I'm grabbing a Coke and digging into these beauties!

I'm going to start the day with Christmas tamales, Michelob ultra, and a Holly jolly hybrid.
Who knows what Saint Nick has in store for the rest of the day, but I plan on enjoying it.

Merry Christmas! Coffee to get going, prime rib roast be smoking, and looking forward to spending time with the family. Not a big fan of a game at noon on Christmas but it will be on just not the focus. Everyone have a blessed day!

Today is an abundance of leftovers of every sort and size. I have my eye on some smoked meat.

Not traditional...but here we go. I'm just grilling some sausages, hamburgers and hotdogs. Super easy and everyone loves it.

Believe it or not, as my family has aged and no little ones anymore--Xmas Eve is our big time. Xmas Day much quieter.

I did let a boneless, skinless chicken breast soak in original franks red hot sauce overnight. I will have that cooked to perfection in my air fryer, have some green beans and red skinned potatoes. (see what I did there?)

No family, restaurants are closed. So…nada para mi. If I can find an open grocery, I’ll do hot dogs und sauerkraut.

I might have my Guinness whilst enjoying the colour commentary here on the zone, which is actually more fun than watching 90 minutes of adverts between drives and camera shots of the ringmaster and his spawn.

I may watch the other 2 games - or at least the highlights on YouTube after.
