Found it on line...looks good!! There is one in Reynosa, about 20 minutes from my home. Haven't been there since the cartels starting going wild in 2008.

I wasn’t aware it’s a chain. Maybe unrelated.

Legend has it that the founder is the first person to make sour cream enchiladas when he first opened a business in oak Cliff.

The tupy taco is a folded corn tortilla with beef and minced veggies to hold it together. I think it was potato. Deep fried then you crack it one to put in cheese or pico or whatever.
