Well...it certainly was a DIFFERENT game-plan than we have run ALL YEAR LONG!

Yeah, I wanted to see us run the ball more during the season and was pissed when they wouldn't stick with it....

HOWEVER, we went up against a team whose WEAKNESS was their pass defense....we didn't even attack it except for a deep throw here and there.

What a time to "mix things up...".

Extremely disappointing we can't take advantage of our opponents defensive weaknesses. I would have preferred to throw early and run late so the game plan we a little backwards to me.

I hated seeing all the tight formations and very little motion, especially from T.O. So many blown opportunities. I don't recall much playaction in the 2nd half either. Kind of pointless to do all that running in the first half.

the oline stayed in the locker room at half time. they couldn't run block in the second half, and the Giants DLine kicked the tar out of them in the second half, despite not blitzing.

I guess Wade really isn't the coach we need to lead us to the SB.

I said this in another post. Garrett's M.O. is passing the ball. I want him to run, but not like we're a Parcell's team. Do what you do best, do what got you here.

That 2nd down draw play to Barber in the final drive that ate about 30 seconds of game time for a 2 yard gain should have Garrett's genius label permanently revoked. They looked absolutely directionless that series. The only play they made was when Romo ad libbed one.

The reason we stuck with the running game is because it's the only thing we had working. The passing offense was a disaster.

Coulda sworn BP was on the sideline with the conservative gameplan. I'm all for running the ball, but you don't get away from what got you to the playoffs. We completely abandoned the pass in the first half. That was when we had an opportunity to put the game away, especially against that secondary.

Ug! I guess this means Garrett will be back next year.
