Gardner Minshew will start at QB against Dallas

Love how Stephen A Hack is talking trash already about how “he don’t wanna hear no excuses if the cowboys lose”…
But oddly he gave no quarter to the cowboys who had to start Rush earlier in the season and the shegulls still needed 3 INTs to win by only 9 points at home.

not sure how the hack still has a career. The dumber the opinion, the louder he gets with it and of it weren’t for his Cowboy bashing, not sure he’d ever make any news

Gotcha.

Whether sone fans want to admit it or not, the Cowboys are trending downward and they need to turn it around.

I agree the last 2 games Cowboys have not played well losing 1 of the 2 games. This team has 3 weeks before post season starts to get things turned around.

Brock Purdy will have his carriage turn into a pumpkin soon. I think teams will have film on him and adjust. Then he will struggle.

Dak has some of his better games against the Eagles and Giants. I think if we lose this game it wont be his fault, but the defense again.

we have been a undisciplined defense for years for some reason. 2 much hero ball.

Dak struggles against defenses he cant read. The opposition's secondary could be mediocre but well disguised which gives Dak tremendous problems.
The Eagles went out in the off season and brought in two good CBs and they could give Dak problems.

I wonder if someone will hit Minshew hard enough to knock his moustache off?

This will be Minshew Magic day!
This will be him and his dad in the parking lot after the game!

He's going to dedicate this game to Mike Leach and conquer!!

I really had to look that one up because I thought it was a hoax. Perhaps I'm wrong thinking that video is real, but if it is real, sorry can't help but like the guy out celebrating with his father. Pretty cool being a NFL player celebrating with your dad after a game. Priceless IMO.

Yeah, an eagles fan telling me he's used to success. Please.

To be honest, the Eagles have at least won a Super Bowl a couple of years ago.

Thing is, I'm certain there are some old timers who remember where the Cowboys seemed to dominate in the 1970's. Then the 1990's (due to Jimmy Johnson who actually had a hand in drafting and trades) and we all know how that played out after time...

Losing to a backup QB should not be option. Because if it happens, it doesn't bode well.....at all.

Depends. If, let's say, Diggs and Parsons miss this game (since they are questionable), then what happens in it doesn't really mean that much. We'll also be down LVE and Hankins, who could be back by the playoffs, so the next meeting could potentially have four or five different starters in there for us on defense.

It's real, there is a longer version. It was right after he had a huge game last year as backup. He's just a very likeable guy, great personality. I wish he was our starter. If he was just more consistent, he had a rough time starting for the jags which were crap.

I still hope he can land somewhere and be a decent starter.
