My problem is that Garrett will get a great coaching job after this season. Then we start over.

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here? Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

Everyone talks about how Jerry has the most say in the draft but I feel Garrett has a large say in acquisitions his side of the ball. I am very anxious to see this offense in its second year under Garrett with some of Parcells pieces removed and some of his added. Im gonna go get my popcorn ready!

You might want to hold off JUST a little, that popcorn is liable to be right stale by September...

While I was watching the NFL replay of the 52 -7 slaughter of the skins on NFLN. Aikman was talking about how Garrett had told him that Welker was his favorite player in Miami the season before he came here and Welker left for the Pats. Hopefully Garrett found his Welker in Amendola who has similiar skills that hopefully transition into the pro game.

If you watched a single game played by the Dolphins in Welker's 2 major years there, he was instantly your favorite player on the Dolphins. I'm sure almost all Dolphins fans shared his sentiments, at least on offense.

If Amendola can give us at least a little of that quickness, toughness and grit, it will be thrilling.

Somehow I get the feeling Garrett will be the head coach and Wade will have a front office job with the Cowboys or retire no matter what the season outcome.

Garrett is being paid exceptionally to hang around for more than just this year.

I think it will depend upon what opportunities open up after this year. Including potentially this one.
