Garrett is so predictable...

When the Ravens destroyed us at home in the final game at Texas Stadium, the Ravens defenders said they knew what Garrett was calling by just watching film.

Not going to happen....Jerry is allergic to good offensive line players.

We could have had the best free agent and best oline player in the draft and choose not to. We will be an afterthought in the NFL until the Jones's take care of some basic issues.

It seems to me that the coaching staff tries to find plays that work and remove them from the playbook. Run up the middle, five step drop and the occasional draw seem to be the only plays Garrett has in his playbook.

Seems like the same offensive game plan every week. No motion, no exploiting matchups, just the same 3 or 4 play calls and hoping Romo can do his thing.

I think this team has something special in Murray...Jason needs to start gameplanning around this guy. It would only help Romo to do so.

Just disappointed overall in Jason. I think he was given this job too soon and the players like Romo, Witten and Ware are paying the price.

Bah...just venting.

When is EVER the players FAULT... When? Stop blaming everyone else... Phillips, now Garrett... By NO means am I saying Garrett is a mastermind, but damn man, how about the players.. When is their fault... This team is so highly overrated like it is every single year..

Lol...when team after team comes out and states that they knew exactly what the Cowboys are going to do it has to sink in at some point that maybe the coaching staff should be designing plays based on the strength of our skill players and the weakness of the defense.

And it always starts at the top. When an employee under performs you look at the supervisor first then go from there.

I think his biggest problem is that he takes "what the other team gives us" and essentially lets the other team dictate how plays are called instead of taking control of the game and forcing the other team to adapt to what we are doing. He has gotten better this year though. Our main problem today on offense was not the play calling but the execution.
this.

he takes what the defense gives him way too much. it's exactly the reason why laurent robinson and ogletree can have big games. the other team takes away our top two targets and jason accepts it. last night i saw calvin johnson get double teamed the entire game but the lions didn't accept it and move on. they constantly put him in motion and picked off defenders to free him up. dez and miles should have more 100 yd games.

Laugh all you want, I have been hearing about this for years now.. Its ALWAYS somebodys elses fault.. The Cowboys are an average football team, its what they are, its what the have been for almost 2 decades... Blame the coach, blame anybody you want, but the FACT is this team is NOT as good as most people on this board claim they are...

With that being said, am I BY NO means am I overreacting , just as I didnt get too high when they won week 1... Its just reality people.. I dont get why people see that... THis team has 8-9 wins written all over them.

As a coach you can ONLY do so much with the talent that you have... By NO means am I saying Garrett is Vince Lombardi, I agree he has A TON to prove. he has ALOT to learn, its why I hated the hire, but I can say that about so many coaches this team has had lately......But again, its prob another bad hire. I never loved this hire, but the whole palnet saw it coming.. But how many times can we make excuses for this team? It just bothers me, its ALWAYS somebody"s fault why this team has been average for all these years...

Jerry JOnes is a very very smart guy, he pulls the wool over everybody's eyes, every year he fools all of you by saying this team is a contender... Well sorry but im NOT buying it... Dont go by word, thats fine, look at the facts... Its NOT rocket science.

The one thing that has been constant during all these poor years has been Jerry. He got lucky when he hired Jimmy and Switzer took over JImmy's team. Since then it's been pretty much downhill with Jerry leading the way.

In summary, until the Jones' boys leave we will continue our mediocre level of play and record. You can draft, trade, etc. all the good players and coaches you want but, until Jerry is taken out of the equation our destiny is doomed. The head of the snake must be removed. That's not going to happen in the near future so fasten your belt tight and hang on for the ride, maybe the worst ride of your life.

I'm so glad all of you are WAKING UP and smelling the coffee.

he was an ineffective offensive coordinator for 3 1/2 years. He inherited the job, and in no way what so ever earned it.

I was saying this when wade was fired. Garrett ISN'T READY to be a head coach in this league. I mean for God sake he has an elite QB yet continues to produce an average team.

I'm hoping that product on the field yesterday made yall come to a revelation.

certain kool-aid drinkers will always support garrett, out of delusion of course.

I'm getting tired of the 1 yard run up the middle on second down after a first down incompletion. Like clockwork.

BINGO!!!

This assumes Jerry Jones knows how to fix the offensive line.

Until this team deals with the core problem which is Jerry making the final call on every decision to the type of laundry soap used to wash the jocks, to the coarseness of luffas used to wash the jocks, this is what you'll get.

A soft team in the trenches that is manhandled by stronger teams.

you're right. i feel so helpless with this team.

no matter what, the man at the top won't change.

i won't be sad the day he falls over and dies. but i wont be happy either.

after all stephen is next in line for this jones' dynasty

but there is NO kool aid or delusion about Jerry.. Funny how that works.,. Garret has been with us for over 5 years, Jerry has failed for over 17 years now, but its the coaches fault? DONT forget people..Jerry hired Garrett..Thats gets lost on everybody.. Its Wades fault, now its Garretts fault.. Well guess who hired these people?

we loved him then but that was also his first year. since then the entire league has his offense on tape and "knows whats coming". how many opponents have to say that before we realize there is something very stale about this offense?

You know whats predictable, this team as a whole.. Jerry saying how there going to be is predictable, all the media telling us how good they are going to be is predictable, How overrated they are every single year is predictable, How NOTHING changes ever is predictable, The idiotic excuses for this team is predictable, How the fans here tell me how much better all our players are better than everyone else is predictable.. I can go on and on.. There is ONE constant with this team for 17 years, that is NOTHING changes, NOTHING.. We are a mediocre football team.. Thats what is the most predictable of all
