First, Gordon and Gurley are not expected to be off the board at #27, that is why many have mocked them for Dallas assuming Murray leaves.
If they choose a defensive player at #27 and Murray leaves then rounds 2-3 will be in play for a good RB who can still produce.
No one is claiming we would draft a RB early if Murray stays but we will probably draft a RB if he stays to lighten the load because they do not trust Randle probably from the 4th on in that scenario.
I never claimed this is anything new but since the draft is deep, you can get a good RB deeper in the draft even if it is a back up.
Again, your argument was that this is not a deep RB class, just the same as every other year, these are your words.
You are wrong, the experts think you are wrong, that about sums the matter up.
No one is arguing every running back in this draft will be ALL PRO, just that the class is deep with some good running backs.
