Garrett now 17-1 against scrub teams; problem is next week we actually play somebody.

Well, as long as you think the Cowboys will lose, then you will high five yourself if they do.

Thinking they will lose and wanting them to lose is two completely different things.

I you dont know that....................not much I can do to educate you.

Talent beats bad teams despite coaching... Talent doesn't beat talent with bad coaching...

This is another chance for Opie to break out of the mold and shock all of us that he is better than just a 500 coach.

Or we could lose, drop to 500 again, and Opie's record against good teams would then be 4-20.

You're confused about the stat. We won't know until the end of the season whether the Saints are a "good" team or a "bad" team because that stat is based on their record at the end of the season. What their record is when we play them is irrelevant -- as far as that stat goes.

If or when the Cowboys lose to the Saints, it will be because of Romo, not the defense.

You sure about this?? Cuz romo has been pretty close to flawless in all 4 of our losses.

While true, I think it is safe to assume the Saints are going to finish the season above 500 considering this was only their 2nd loss of the season today.

It seems the Cowboys, even in their best years but especially this team, always play to the level of their competition. That's how we get things like the Denver game and now this week.

I think that is because the Cowboys almost always get the other team's best game. The Cowboys never sneak up on anyone, they all want to beat the Cowboys.

It's the "America's Team" syndrome.

There is no such thing as playing scrubs with the Cowboys. Any team is capable of beating them.

It's remarkable. Like clockwork, you'll know if the team will pull out a close game in the end (if they're playing a crap/mediocre team), or if they won't (if they're playing a decent/good team). They will surprise you every once in awhile like @49ers in 2011 or @Bengals last year. Maybe we'll get one of those surprises next week, but I'm not counting on it.

Says a lot about the quality of coaching in Dallas...

4-20 isn't such a bad number, unless we're talking about wins and losses.
