With JG being an ultra-conservative type, I have to wonder what good changing OC's will do. With Garrett holding the upper hand as to the offense's nature, would another OC be hamstringed by having to conform to JG's preferences? Probably so, imho. I honestly can't see where the Cowboys changing OCs stands to make a significant difference without changing the HC as well -- (sorry, but this is my gentlest take without being "snarky.") 
Honestly -- it's almost impossible for a Cowboys' HC to "be his own man" with Jerry around, that is, if he wants to remain employed for a significant amount of time.
