Why waste time with the soft Norval? Better to plunge in head first with Jason Garrett now. I don't see what Turner brings to the table as head coach. From what I've been reading, his former players didn't respect him and considered him soft--note: James Washington & Jerry Rice for starters. Just because he's familair and was here eons ago and is a buddy of Troy Aikman isn't good enough for me.
