you don't strike me as the type that would throw something back in someone's face.Bookmarked.
If he's not great I'm gonna post this every time you chirp up at me.

College stats need to be kept in proper perspective. Bestowing NFL impact player status on a guy based on accomplishments at the college level is foolish. Look up Blue’s career stats at Texas and compare them to this guy’s college stats:I'm not saying he's Emmitt, Dorsett, or even Zeke. I'm just giving the kid a chance and being excited we MIGHT actually have a run game. Live a little, dude.
I'm not usually a "told ya so" type.you don't strike me as the type that would throw something back in someone's face.
Not a highlight tape, just tape.
Yeah this forum is full of hindsight picks and couch coachesSoon as he breaks a big run or scores they'll be his biggest fan
Right. I made the comment after he was drafted. When someone said he had fumbles in college. I said that can be corrected. Not if he fixes it.
Zeke fumbled in his first (maybe second) nfl game. Then the were practicing ball security and he got much better.
Murray for example had a habit of going for extra yards and fumbling in big moments and basically said he wasn’t going to change how he plays or holds the football.
Lol. There’s a difference in mentality there.
Zeke had really low fumble numbers didn’t he? I remember a stat where he didn’t even fumble in high school. Lol.Right. I made the comment after he was drafted. When someone said he had fumbles in college. I said that can be corrected.
yep you're too much of a gentlemanI'm not usually a "told ya so" type.
Well said. I agree. After the Blue pick, Booker made even more sense. And Blue made a lot of sense after the Booker pick.
Amen that takes the wind out of a defense pretty quick very demoralizing when you got a guy that fast and you flat out just can't catch him.its what we need for sure. A guy that can take one 65 yards.
One is already making many here “look like fools”.I think the combination of Mahah and Blue are going to surprise many of our members here. One has the power to break tackles on a regular basis and the other can make would-be tacklers look like fools. I'm thinking this year's version of our OL will make our running game work exceptionally well.
That guy should be careful not be so mean! One is already making many here “look like fools”.
Agreed.I was impressed with his YAC. He’s not a big guy but still gets really good yardage after contact. Runs routes like a WR. Has good speed and hands. I don’t know if you want to pound him up the middle 20 times a game but he’s a weapon that if used right can help the run and passing game. Coming out of the backfield in a LB or even a safety is a nice mismatch
IDK, can you imagine going through life seeing everything as rosy and then being wrong about everything? That is precisely why you shouldn't rely on anything anybody here says (including me). Until players are on the field, nobody knows how they'll play, how impactful they'll be, etc. Some guys play well above their pay grade, while others who were hyped up through the draft process and go much earlier are out of the league before their rookie contract ends.
For me, hope springs eternal in all areas of my life. Can you imagine going through your life as a whining pessimist, or complaining about things you can't change? What a miserable existence. Yeah, I'm the guy who thinks there's at least a possibility of winning a SB every year before the season begins. If we don't, it's okay. It doesn't change my life. Hopefully, I was entertained the entire season, because pro sports is entertainment, not life or death exchanges of blocks, receptions, interceptions, pick sixes, etc.
Go Cowboys!
There you go. The solution is easy. It is, and always has been, in the hands of the team, regardless of what any fans says one way or the other. What’s funny is that if we win a couple playoff games next year you won’t hear a peep from them.
Wait one second here...you mean a player has to make plays...to be appreciated?Soon as he breaks a big run or scores they'll be his biggest fan
The old site was different, we would gang up and torture the negativity. It’s overwhelming here. I peek in once in a while that’s all just like you cowboy brother.Right?!
This site is depressing. People here bash Rocky for taking a break from here when we lose, and those same people applaud Mountaineer for going into hiding when we go on a win streak. LMAO This site is backwards. There's a handful of true fans here is the reason why I peek in from time to time. The inmates have taken over the asylum. Has it always been this way?
Not the biggest fan of SAS, but he's right about our fanbase. The worst fanbase in professional sports.
I think if we follow the money that we expect Williams to be our starter this year with Sanders brought in just in case that plan fails. I would expect Blue to be used as a change of pace like Pollard was early in career.Blue will be a good change of pace & perimeter back but lacks the strength to consistently run inside. Still need a work horse unless Javonte or Mafah play out of their minds. Both can have better years than expected. I’m still hopeful we add more weapons at RB or WR before the season starts whether via FA/trade.
