Not sure if they charge to visit their records. I'd love to visit sometime. I'd bet it is a really fascinating place. One day I'll do it.

I also had a lot of fun taking my mother to a records office here in the UK. We delved through 1st World War service records and 2nd World War Bomber Command records. Though it was sad when she found the record of the raid on Leipzig where her cousin got shot down and killed. As a follow on from that I managed to find his war grave in Holland and took her on a trip to visit it. It was a real touching moment for her. Something I was so glad that I did before she passed on.
