George Carlin Died

The year was 1982, i was 12 years old. My mom made me watch is first special on HBO. Carlin at Carnegie Hall i have been hooked since. She said he and Pryor were the greatest stand ups ever. She was right, and today my heart hurts.

RIP MR CARLIN.............YOU MADE ME LAUGH SO MANY MANY TIMES OVER THE YEARS.

A personal favorite of mine.

His hbo special from 2000 or 01 whatever year where he does his bit about "guys named Todd" is hillarious. I grew up listening to his old records and tapes.

I loved his outlaw style and how he threw it right in peoples faces.

He was the best. I wish I got to see him live.

What a funny man.For all the cynicism that was thread through out
his side busting hilarious material he always seemed to be kind to all
those around him.Truly a great talent.Rest in peace George.

i did not care for the last 5 or so years of his work...

his work in the 70's, 80's and early 90's is unmatched by anyone..

the best stand up comedian ever..
