On The Lunch break this morning they said we were going to sign this guy for a one year deal? What do you guys think?

I think this means instant championship. Seriously, I think our horse collar quotient went down considerably last week so this signing seems fine to me and pales in comparison to that huge change.

Exactly. A firearm is a bit like insurance. You're probably not going to need it, but if you do need it, you'd better have it or you're going to live (or maybe not) to regret it. There are way too many nuts out there these days. Just look at what happened recently with the minister that got shot while preaching his sermon. Or the nut in Alabama that just went on a rampage and killed 9 people. It happens all the time and the frequency if increasing. Me personally, I like stacking the odds in my favor, not the nut that enjoys taking people out.

I think this is a good signing. Its only 1 year so its not like its going to be one we end up regretting. The guy can at least help out our special teams.
