what you don't think Pitts will take him to replace Flo

The labeling as strictly a RT is already started. It has a history as being a ticket into the 2nd round for any prospect. No I dont think Pittsburgh would take him. They are real high on Rodney Hudson and minus the injuries Adams would of never have been in Pittsburgh. There need is at OG not OT.

It's a pick I'm likely changing real soon for various reasons and after watching a little film on him this morning I agree.

I still think our best bet is

Deunta Williams FS NC 6-2 #205 – keeps his feet under him. He generates power when he hits someone. He turns and runs well. He didn't have great range, but he had good enough range and you just see this body and this fluid kid who finds the football

Rahim Moore seems kinda like Carter - altho I take R Moore over Carter

but who knows boy its such a guessing game

esp this early

I seen him going as low as the 7 round

Mark Legree, S, Appalachian State: Productive center fielder fits as a third or fourth safety with special-teams ability.

well not sure about the labeling

but I take him between 15 - 25

I make sure his in my camp

because he is nasty

same with Moffitt

I doubt Moffit lasts until the fourth.

Just like Gabe, I think your going to see both Wisconsin OL drop a little. There stock got too hot too fast and the Senior Bowl exposed some flaws. I'm not saying they hurt their stock as much as a few other players really helped theirs.

UnoDallas,

Your guy Derek Sherrod (who I really like at 9 to be honest, because he is exactly the type of player that the Cowboys need to win big) is going to go much higher than people think, I think. Dallas may not take him, but someone is going to take him in the top 15 picks, I predict. He is a player that a team like Indianapolis or Philadelphia will trade up for. I bet Sherrod is pretty high on Dallas' board.

Sherrod is athletic, great in space, and he is very good on the second level. Plus, he could end up being better than Free at LT some day. He plays with wide base and isn't too tall.

I'd much rather have Sherrod than Carimi. Sherrod is better at RT if you want a more athletic offensive linemen who excels in space and on the second level. He can pull, seek, and destroy, too.

Dallas could take Sherrod at 9 and end up with a better than solid player, imo. I wouldn't hesitate, and by the time late April comes around, Sherrod is going to be in the hunt at 9, I predict. Detroit could take him at 13.

I really like Sherrod the best out of them - but hes not as nasty as Carimi

I would love Sherrod at number 9

let him an Free fight it out over who plays LT

this way we got two swing tackles

which would be invaluable IMO

I agree he will be there in round 2.
even if he kills it at the workouts he is a late first at best

We arn't taking OL at number 9. Mark it down.

nope, we'll pick one up middle of the first round after we trade down. ;)

who said anything about number 9

you all are making assumptions

I say any where from 13 to 25

Rookie Bryan Bulaga played both the right and left tackle spots for the Packers and did a stellar job handling James Harrison and Lamar
Woodley.
(He was picked one spot ahead of Dez Bryant in last April's draft.) Would a Gabe Carimi, Tyron Smith or a Derek Sherrod offer the Cowboys offense a similar lift in 2011?

answer YES

I believe your previous post said "I would LOVE Sherrod at #9."
