IMHO, potato salad is a summertime dish, not for Thanksgiving.

On a keto diet so gave up a lot this year. I did cheat with some sweet potatoes, couldn’t resist, but managed to keep everything else low carb, with a sacrifice to the calories. Only gained a pound this morning so mission success I guess.

Same here. Never liked Cranberries.

I hear Pennsylvania style stuffing is nasty. My brother's wife and her family are from there and he said it's disgusting. They just put torn up white bread in the turkey with just onions and celery. I don't know if that's a Pennsylvania thing or just they do it like that. He says they all do that. I like my stuffing to be crispy on the top, not soggy like that version.

Cranberries, an orange, an apple, and some sugar in a food processor until it makes a smooth relish. You can add a can of whole cranberries to take some of the tartness out of the cranberries. It is much better. I never serve Turkey without it!
