The Eagles game was nothing but an anomaly. Even BEFORE he hurt his thumb, he was still stinking up the joint.

Who? Romo? How was he stinking up the joint before that game?

He had won 7 straight before that game.

Do you mean he was stinking up the joint in that game before he hurt his thumb IN THAT GAME? IF so, I agree he didn't look good the whole game. I sure hope it was an anomoly!

Why are you even bringing up the deadskin game?

Just to give the explanation as to why I am not jumping ship because they didn't look that great in their last 3 games. I'm saying the Skins game is not a game we can truly worry about because of the reasons I mentioned.

I was talking about THE GAME. It was in the 3rd quarter when he hurt his thumb. But PRIOR to that injury in THE GAME, he was wildly innacurate since that very first snap in THE GAME.

Apart from the fact that we rested many of our starters, the biggest issue in Washington is that we limited the game plan with the idea that we might be facing that team this week in the playoffs. Washington is the very worst game to draw any conclusions from. If you're going to worry, worry about Philly where we left several big plays on the field because our probowl QB couldn't hit open receivers.

You're misunderstanding me or I'm not explaining myself well (quite likely) or both. I was trying to say what you said. The Washington game is not a reliable measuring stick as to how well this team can perform for the reasons we both mentioned.

I am most concerned about the Philly game and thats what I said in my post, go back and reread it.
