When was the last time we had a play go for that long?

probably that throw from garrett to harper on thanksgiving against the packers in 95 or 94.

No, and the one on Romo last week wasn't either. The difference is that this crew actually knows the flipping rules.:mad::mad:

It was. Eli was in the pocket, about to be sacked, and he threw it away.

Intentional grounding. No question.

The refs hooked GB up on the next play, tho, letting Poppinga get away with one.

Did Troy Aikman get a divorce or is he still married to he first wife?

He's still married to his first and only wife. Why do you ask?

Still married to her I'm sure...

He was talking about her in a recap I did a few weeks back...

Why?

Not so.

  1. Intentional grounding will be called when a passer, facing an imminent loss of yardage due to pressure from the defense, throws a forward pass without a realistic chance of completion.
The key here is "facing an imminent loss of yardage". You can't have intentional grounding if there isn't a defender near the qb, that's why you routinely see NFL QB's fire the ball out of bounds in that situation. This crew got it right, the guys last week blew it.

Eli was about to be sacked by one of the blitzing LBs, coogrfan. If you have Tivo, go back and check it out.

He's looking pretty awful. I'd be worried about him if I were one of the Gints trainers.

I just thought pictures of one my friends would be easier on the eyes than a random sports figure.

To sit here and KNOW that our team owned these two teams really sucks.
I hope they are watching and letting the sinking feeling ferment into a winning attitude, because if they don't learn how to after the crushing defeat, then they never will.
