Upon review you're right about there being a defender near to Eli. However, #89 (Boss?) was also near where the ball landed, so the "realistic chance of a completion" part of the rule would apply. A good no-call.

To sit here and KNOW that our team owned these two teams really sucks.
I hope they are watching and letting the sinking feeling ferment into a winning attitude,because if they don't learn how to after the crushing defeat,then they never will.
